光子嫩肤在皮肤美容应用中的效果观察

摘　　要：目的研究光子嫩肤技术在皮肤美容临床应用中的疗效。方法将于2011年5月～2012年5月在本院治疗的76例皮肤病患者根据其病症表现分为3组:A组32例黑色素增多,B组23例皮肤衰老、光老化,C组21例毛细血管扩张。首先对3组患者进行皮肤清洁,将耦合剂涂抹在皮肤表面,对A组与C组患者以560nm波长进行Ⅰ型光子嫩肤,以治疗其色素沉淀、雀斑及良性血管性病变;对B组患者以640nm波长进行Ⅱ型光子嫩肤,以改变其真皮、表皮和胶原组织的结构,改善皮肤起皱、毛孔粗大的现象,三组患者在治疗期间,均使用三次脉冲进行扫描治疗,以560～1200nm波长,35ms脉宽,2～9ms子脉宽,10～40J/cm2脉冲能量强度,0.5～2Hz频率,×40mm2光斑面积为标准,6次1疗程,3周治疗1次。分析3组患者治疗情况。结果 1个疗程结束后,A组总有效率为96.8%(31/32),B组总有效率为95.6%(22/23),C组总有效率为95.2%(20/21),3组患者有效率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),在5个月内的随访显示有2例复发,但复发程度均较轻且面积不超过原病损面积的1/3。结论光子嫩肤技术对皮肤美容具有良好的效果,值得推广。Objective To study effect of photorejuvenation technology in the clinical application of skin beauty. Methods From May 2011 to May 2012 in our hospital,76 cases of skin disease in patients according to their disease were divided into three groups：A group of 32 patients with an increase in melanin,B group of 23 patients with skin aging,photoaging,C group of 21 patients telangiectasia.Skin clean first of the three groups of patients,the coupling agent is applied to the surface of the skin surface,type I photorejuvenati＇on 560nm wavelength between group A and group C patients to treat their pigmentation,freckles and benign vascular lesions;of group B IPL type Ⅱ patients to 640 nm wavelength,to change the structure of the dermis,epidermis and collagen tissue,improve skin wrinkling,the phenomenon of large pores,the three groups of patients during treatment,use three pulse scan treatment to 560- 1200 nm wavelength,35 ms pulse width,pulse width of 2 to 9 ms sub, 10-40 J/cm2 pulse energy intensity,0.5-2 Hz frequency, x 40 mm： spot size for the standard course of treatment,3 weeks of treatment.The analysis of the three groups of patients with treatment situation. Results After the end of a course of treatment,A group total effective rate was 96.8% （31/32）,B group,the total effective rate was 95.6%（22/23）,C group,the total effective rate was 95.2% （20/21） efficient three groups of patients was no significant difference not statistically significant in the five months of follow-up 2 patients relapsed,but relapse are lighter and one-third of the area does not exceed the original lesion area. Conclusion Photorejuvenation technology has a good effect on the skin beauty, worthy of promotion.
