摘 要:目的探讨饮食干预在肺结核合并糖尿病治疗上的应用。方法选择本院2010年6月~2012年6月收治的47例肺结核合并糖尿病患者的临床资料,将患者分为观察组24例与对照组23例,给予所有患者常规抗结核、降糖治疗,在此基础上,观察组患者给予饮食干预调节。结果治疗前两组患者空腹血糖、餐后2h血糖情况对比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗后两组患者空腹、餐后2h血糖控制情况与治疗前对比,结果差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者治疗后空腹、餐后2h血糖控制情况与对照组比较明显优于对照组,两组结果差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者痰菌转阴所需时间较对照组明显缩短,两组对比结果差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论适当的饮食调节干预可有效缩短肺结核合并糖尿病的病程,控制血糖。Objective To investigate the application of dietary intervention in the treatment of pulmonary tuberculosis concomitant with diabetes. Methods Forty-seven patients with pulmonary tuberculosis concomitant with diabetes admitted to our hospital from June 2010 to June 2012 were selected and randomly divided into the observation group with 24 patients and the control group with 23 patients. All the patients were given conventional anti-tuberculosis and hypoglycemic therapy, on the basis of which the observation group was given dietary intervention. Results Before the treatment, the two groups were not significantly different in the fasting blood glucose gnd postprandial 2-hour blood sugar (P 〉 0.05) while after the treatment, the two groups were significantly different from before the treatment in the fasting blood glucose and postprandial 2-hour blood sugar (P 〈 0.05). After the treatm'ent, the observation group was superior to the control group in the fasting blood glucose and postprandial 2-hour blood sugar, with significant difference (P 〈 0.05), and shorter than the control group in the sputum turning negative time, with significant difference (P 〈 0.05). Conclusion Appropriate dietary intervention can effectively shorten the course of disease of pulmonary tuberculosis concomitant with diabetes and control blood sugar.
