摘 要:【目的】研究不同功率的脉冲激光体外照射大鼠对心肌细胞功能及心肌微循环的影响,探索脉冲激光体外照射心脏控制心肌细胞功能的可行性。【方法】用多模式脉宽调制(PWM)刺激仪的输出信号作为激光器的激励信号源,使激光器输出多种模式的等强度、脉宽可变的脉冲激光;对实验组的SD大鼠连续10 d照射心前区,30 min/d,10 d后取大鼠心肌标本,光镜下观察大鼠心肌细胞病理形态的改变及心肌毛细血管内径和数目的变化。【结果】功率为100 mW激光照射组心肌内层毛细血管的内径与对照组比较有显著性差异(P<0.001);100与30 mW照射组对心肌内、中层毛细血管密度的改善程度均优于对照组(P<0.05);100 mW照射组引起部分心肌细胞有水肿及淋巴细胞浸润,而30 mW照射组未见此现象。【结论】用100与30 mW的脉冲激光照射大鼠心前区均能显著增加心肌内、中层毛细血管密度,改善心肌微循环,其中用30 mW的激光照射无不良反应,有较好的效果。[Objective] This article focuses on how different power laser in vitro irradiation affects the function of myocardial cells and myocardial microcirculation, and explores the feasibility of controlling the function of myocardial cells through pulse laser in vitro irradiation. [ Method ] With muhi-mode pulse width modulation (PWM) electrical stimulation output as incentive signal source, makes the laser output various patterns pulse laser with constant intensity and various pulse width. The precordial region of experimental groups of SD rats were irradiated for 10 days at 30 rain/day. Myocardial specimens would be obtained after 10 days. Light-microscopy pathological changes of rats myocardial cell and effect of the number and inner-diameter of myocardial capillaries. [ Results ] The myocardial capillaries inner-diameter in 100 mW group (5.7 ±0.41 ) were significantly higher than that of control ones (P 〈 0.001 ) in the internal layer of myocardium. The density of myocardial capillaries in 30 mW and 100 mW irradiated groups were better than control group (P 〈 0.05). In 100 mW irradiated group, part of myocardial cells had edema and lymphocytic infiltrates, while 30 mW irradiated group did not show this phenomenon. [ Conclusion] Using 30 mW and 100 mW pulse laser irradiation in rats precordial significantly increased myocardial capillary density in the internal and middle layer of myocardial, improving myocardial microcirculation. Using 30 mW pulse laser irradiation has good effect without any side effect.
