护理干预对无痛人工流产术后疼痛的影响

摘　　要：目的观察护理干预措施对无痛人工流产术后疼痛及排便感的影响。方法选择同期无痛人工流产术患者90例,分成3组:Ⅰ组(对照组,n=30)作常规护理;Ⅱ组(实验组,n=30)实施护理干预;Ⅲ组(镇痛组,n=30)注射镇痛药。观察记录术中血压、心率、血氧饱和度、采用视觉模拟评分法评估丙泊酚引起静脉注射痛、术后宫缩痛及护理干预措施的效果。结果手术时间、术后清醒时间以及离院时间3组患者相比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);术后镇痛效果以及排便感,Ⅱ组与Ⅰ组相比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),而Ⅲ组与Ⅰ组相比,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论无痛人工流产术后疼痛属于内脏痛,实施护理干预措施不能减轻或消除无痛人工流产术后疼痛,但是可以提高患者的满意度;使用镇痛药地佐辛实施超前镇痛能有效消除无痛人工流产术后疼痛及排便感。Objective To observe the effect of nursing intervention measures on postoperative pain and defecation t feeling after painless artificial abortion. Methods 90 patients who accepted painless artificial abortion were divided into 3 groups. Group I （30 patients） was the control group which was given routine nursing care. Group Ⅱ （30 patients）,the experimental group,was given nursing intervention. Group m （30 patients）, the analgesic group,was given analgesics. The BP,HR,SpO2 were taken down during the operation and use the VAS method to estimate the injection pain of propofol,uterine contraction pain after operation and the effect of nursing intervention measures. Results The operation time,consciousness recovery time,leaving time were not statistically different （P 〉 0.05） in the 3 groups. According to the effect of postoperative analgesic and defecation feeling, group I and group Ⅱ were not statistically different （P 〉 0.05）, but in group I and group Ⅲ, there were statistical difference （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion The postoperative pain after painless artificial abortion belongs to visceral pain,so the nursing intervention measures can＇t release the postoperative pain,but it can increase the satisfaction of the patients. Use dezocine（an analgesic） to give preemptive analgesia can prevent the postoperative pain and defecation feeling after painless artificial abortion.
