恩替卡韦治疗50例HBeAg阳性慢性乙型肝炎疗效分析

摘　　要：目的探讨恩替卡韦对HBeAg阳性慢性乙型肝炎的临床疗效及不良反应。方法对2008年6月～2011年6月50例首次接受抗病毒治疗的HBeAg阳性慢性乙型肝炎患者行恩替卡韦治疗12个月,分析肝功能(谷丙转氨酶、谷草转氨酶)、病毒血清学(乙型肝炎病毒DNA、HBeAg)和不良反应。结果治疗12个月后,50例HBeAg阳性慢性乙型肝炎患者谷丙转氨酶复常41例,谷丙转氨酶复常率为82.0%,谷草转氨酶复常36例,谷草转氨酶复常率为72.0%,HBeAg转阴9例,HBeAg转阴率为18.0%,HBeAg血清学转阴7例,HBeAg血清学转阴率为14.0%,血清乙型肝炎病毒DNA转阴31例,DNA转阴率为62.0%。治疗期间,所有慢性乙型肝炎患者发生不良反应包括腹泻5例(10.0%)、消化不良4例(8.0%)、恶心呕吐4例(8.0%)、疲劳3例(6.0%)和腹痛2例(4.0%)。结论恩替卡韦治疗HBeAg阳性慢性乙型肝炎肝酶复常率、HBeAg及乙型肝炎病毒DNA转阴率高,无明显不良反应,具有高效安全等优点。Objective To study Entecavir＇s curative effects in in the therapy of Chronic Hepatitis B with positive HBeAg. Methods Patients with CHB were cured with Entecavir for 12 months, the recovery rates Of hepatic function, negative rates of hepatitis B virus＇s serous markers were analyzed. Results The recovery rates of ALT,AST,HBeAg and Hepatitis B virus were 82.0%,72.0%,18.0% and 62.0%,respectively.The side effects included diarrhea,indigestion,nausea and vomiting. Conclusion Entecavir has high recovery rates of ALT, AST, HBeAg and Hepatitis B virus in the therapy of Chronic Hepatitis B with positive HBeAg with few side effects.
