摘　　要：目的建立盐酸吉西他滨含量的测定方法。方法电位滴定法,冰醋酸为溶剂,高氯酸滴定液(0.1mol/L)滴定。结果滴定突越明显,精密度测定的RSD为0.10%(n=6)。结论本研究方法简单、准确、快速,可用于盐酸吉西他滨的含量测定。Objective To establish the determination of assay for Gemcitabine hydrochloride. Methods The determination was carried out on potentiometric titration.The glacial acetic acid was solvent,titrate with 0.1 mol/L perchloric acid titration solution. Results There was obvious on titration process.The RSD for precision was 0.10%（n=6）. Conclusion The Method was simple,accurate and rapid,which can be used for the determination of assay for gemcitabine hydrochloride.
