3种清洁手术抗菌药物应用干预效果评价

摘　　要：目的验证所制定的抗菌药物干预措施是否达到整治的效果。方法以清洁手术预防用药的管理要点(用药适应症、药物选择、给药时机、用药时程)作为研究内容,对笔者所在医院干预前后两个时间段的3种清洁手术(乳腺手术、甲状腺手术及疝气修补术)抗菌药物使用情况进行回顾性分析,并对分析结果进行卡方检验。结果 2011年对清洁手术抗菌药物使用进行干预后,使用率显著下降,同时,使用时程、药物选择与给药时机的正确率有了显著上升,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 2011年开展抗菌药物专项整治活动后,清洁手术抗菌药物使用合理性得到了明显的改善,但抗菌药物使用率、使用时程仍不能达标,需要采取进一步的干预措施。Objective To verify whether the interventions on antibacterial agents would achieve the desired effect. Methods Based on the managing elements of antibacterial agents usage of aseptic operation which consists of drugs indications, drugs selection and timing of drugs dosing and duration of drugs usage, we made retrospective analysis toward antibacterial agents applied in three kinds of aseptic operations（mammary gland surgery, thyroid surgery and hernia suture） both before and after the interventions, and conducted chi-square test on analyzing results. Results The utilization ratio of antibacterial agents decreased significantly, at the same time, the accuracy of duration of drugs usage, drugs selection and timing of drugs dosing increased significantly （P 〈 0.05） due to the interventions on the application of antibacterial agents in aseptic operations in 2011. Conclusion After special program of intervening in the application of antibacterial agents of aseptic operations promoted, the rationality of the use of antibacterial agents received a significant improvement. However, the utilization ratio and duration of antibacterial agent usage still cannot reach the standard. Further interventions need to be carried out.
