中药治疗肺结核患者疗效机制的研究

摘　　要：目的探讨滋阴利肺汤治疗肺结核患者血清炎症因子指标的变化与临床的关系。方法选取60例肺结核患者分为治疗组和对照组,每组30例,两组均用常规化学治疗方案,治疗组加用滋阴利肺汤,治疗6个月,于治疗前后分别检测患者血清IL-6、IL-10和TNF-α水平,并与30例健康体检者(健康组)比较。结果治疗组治疗前血清IL-6、IL-10和TNF-α水平分别为(65.87±23.16)pg/mL、(42.65±25.72)pg/mL和(35.94±13.42)pg/mL,治疗后为(9.67±5.33)pg/mL、(9.37±5.18)pg/mL和(9.94±7.33)pg/mL。治疗前高于健康组(P<0.01),治疗后差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);对照组治疗前血清IL-6、IL-10和TNF-α平均水平为(63.24±21.86)pg/mL、(44.23±21.65)pg/mL和(36.12±18.45)pg/mL,治疗后为(18.32±11.02)pg/mL、(23.73±7.41)pg/mL和(21.74±15.21)pg/mL。治疗前高于健康组(P<0.01),治疗后血清IL-6、IL-10和TNF-α平均水平虽有下降,但仍高于健康组(P<0.01)。结论滋阴利肺汤可有效改善肺结核患者的免疫损害机能,提高治疗效果。Objective To explore relationship between the change of serum inflammation factor index and clinical appearance of tuberculosis patients treated by Chinese herbal medicine. Methods 60 tuberculosis patients were randomly divided into treating group and control group, 30 cases in each group. Both 2 groups were treated by routine chemotherapeutics prescription, in which the treating group use Chinese herbal medicine. Serum Interleukin-6, Interleukin-10 and Tumor necrosis factor level would be compared between treating group and control group before and after the treatment. Results The serum IL-6, IL-10 and TNF- c± level of treating group was （65.87 ＋ 23.16） pg/ mL, （42.65 ＋ 25.72）pg/mL and （35.94 ± 13.42）pg/mL before treatment, and after treatment that was （9.67 ± 5.33）pg/mL, （9.37 ± 5.18）pg/mL and （9.94 ± 7.33）pg/mL, which was higher than the control group before the treatment （P 〈 0.01 ）,and there was no statistically significant after the treatment （P ± 0.05 ）.The serum IL-6, IL-10 and TNF-a level of control group was （63.24 ± 21.86）pg/mL, （44.23 ± 21.65）pg/mL and （36.12 ± 18.45）pg/mL, and after treatment that was （18.32 ± 11.02）pg/mL, （23.73 ＋ 7.41）pg/mL and （21.74 ± 15.21）pg/mL, which was higher than the control group before the treatment（P 〈 0.01 ） .Though the serum IL-6, IL-10 and average level of TNF- a was lower than that after treatment, was still higher than which in control group（P 〈 0.01 ）. Conclusion Chinese herbal medicine can efficiently improve impaired immune function of tuberculosis patients, thereby elevate therapeutic efficacy.
