摘　　要：由于功能性便秘病因的多样性、症状存在的长期性,使其严重影响着人们的身心健康以及生活质量,因此对其临床诊治的研究也越来越受到国内外学者们的重视。其诊断方面,罗马Ⅲ诊断标准具有较高的临床应用价值;对于治疗方法,大多数的患者经非手术治疗即可改善症状,而经过积极的保守治疗无效的患者,就应考虑手术治疗。现结合笔者的临床工作经历,就近年来功能性便秘的诊治进展以及出现的某些新方法(比如生物反馈治疗)予以综述。Due to the diversity of functional constipation etiology, symptoms existing long-term, its serious effects on people＇s physical and mental health and quality of life, the research of clinical diagnosis and treatment of functional constipation has got the attention of scholars at home and abroad also more and more. The Roman diagnosis standard has high clinical value for diagnosis.while for treatment, most of the patients after non-operative therapy can improve the symptoms,and after positive conservative treatment is invalid patients,surgical treatment should be considered.Now to review the diagnosis and treatment of functional constipation and progress in some new methods of recent years （such as biofeedback treatment） combined with the clinical work experience of ourselves.
