摘　　要：目的明确家庭病床现存的问题,找出强化家庭病床医疗服务功能的路径和措施。方法结合2010年6月对深圳市社区卫生服务中心家庭病床工作的调查,分析存在的主要问题。结果家庭病床存在硬件配置不完善、护理服务开展率低等问题。结论需要重视对家庭病床的投入和政策支持,开展多种护理服务项目,培养全科医务人才,并注意医患纠纷的避免和解决。Objective To clear the existing problems of family sickbeds and find out the path and measures to strengthen the family sickbed medical services. Methods Based on the investigation of the family sickbed work in the community health service centers of our city in June 2010, the main existing problems were analyzed. Results There existed the problems of defective hardware and low nursing services promotion in the family sickbed work. Conclusion It is necessary to emphasize the investment and policy support for the family sickbed, carry out various nursing services projects, cultivate general medical personnel and pay attention to the avoidance and settlement of medical disputes.
