消旋卡多曲对婴幼儿轮状病毒性肠炎疗效及病程的影响

摘　　要：目的对消旋卡多曲治疗轮状病毒性肠炎的疗效及是否影响其病程进行研究。方法通过对笔者所在医院2010～2012年儿科轮状病毒性肠炎住院患者中,选择病程48h内住院的患儿403例进行回顾性研究,其中180例未接受消旋卡多治疗者为对照组,223例接受消旋卡多治疗者为治疗组,比较两组疗效及疗程。结果治疗24h,两组疗效比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗48、72h,治疗组明显优于对照组。两组治愈出院疗程分析,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论消旋卡多曲改善腹泻症状有明显效果,对轮状病毒性肠炎病程无影响,不会延长疗程。Objective To analyze the efficacy of racecadotril in the treatment of rotavirus enteritis and its influence on the course of the disease. Methods Of the patients hospitalized in the pediatric department of our hospital due to rotavirus enteritis from 2010 to 2012, 403 patients hospitalized within 48 hours of the course of disease were selected and analyzed retrospectively. 180 patients not receiving racecadotril of the 403 patients were the control group and 223 patients receiving racecadotril were the treatment group. The efficacy and the treatment courses of the two groups were compared and analyzed. Results After 24 hours of treatment, the efficacy of the two groups was not significantly different. After 48 and 72 hours of treatment, the efficacy of the treatment group was significantly superior to that of the control group（P 〉 0.05）. The treatment courses were not significantly different between the two groups （P 〉 0.05）. Conclusion Racecadotril has a significant effect on improving diarrhea symptoms but no influence on the course of disease of rotavirus enteritis.
