联合应用康惠尔透明贴及喜辽妥预防PICC所致机械性静脉炎的效果观察

摘　　要：目的观察康惠尔透明贴加喜辽妥联合应用预防PICC术后早期机械性静脉炎的疗效。方法将84例行PICC的患者根据置管的先后顺序的单双号随机分为干预组及对照组。其中干预组42例、对照组42例。干预组应用康惠尔透明贴加喜辽妥、对照组给与常规护理、观察并统计两组中患者7d内机械性静脉炎的发生率。结果两组中机械性静脉炎的发生率分别是:干预组4.8%,对照组19.0%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论应用康惠尔透明贴加喜辽妥可有效预防PICC所致机械性静脉炎。Objective To observe the clinical effect of comfeel transparent dressing and hirudoid cream on the early period of picc-induced mechanical phlebitis. Methods 84 patients after pice-induced were divided into the observation group （42 cases） and the control group （42 cases） as even number in observation group and odd number in control group. The observation group was treated with the comfeel transparent dressing and hirudoid cream, the control group Was treated with the usual care. The occurrence rate of mechanical phlebitis within 7 days was monitored and recorded strictly. Results The rate of mechanical phlebitis was 4.8% in observation group, while 19.0% in control group. There was a significantly difference between these two groups （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion The comfeel transparent dressing and hirudoid cream is effective in the treatment of the early picc-induced mechanical phlebitis.
