局部封闭和中药热敷治疗膝关节骨性关节炎效果观察

摘　　要：目的观察局部封闭配合中药热敷治疗膝关节疼痛疾病的效果。方法确诊为骨性关节炎患者80例,随机分为两组,治疗组采用罗哌卡因、复方倍他米松局部注射并联合中药热敷。对照组给予玻璃酸钠局部注射,观察两组疗效及不良反应。结果治疗组与对照组比较,治愈率显著升高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组总有效率、显效率、无效率及不良反应发生率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论局部封闭配合中药热敷治疗膝关节疼痛疾病临床效果好,疗效确切,无严重毒副作用,可推广使用。Objective To study clinical effects of ropivacaine combined with diprospan and Chinese medicine on knee osteoarthritis. Methods A total of 80 patients who suffered with knee osteoarthritis were divided in two groups. Ropivacaine combined with diprospan and Chinese medicine and sodium hyaluronate were used in different groups. Curative effects and side effects were recorded. Results The curative effects were higher in treatment group thancontrol group（P 〈 0.05）.There were no significant difference in total efficient rate,inefficiency and side effect（P 〉 0.05）. Conclusion Local injection combined with Chinese medicine maybe an effective method in the management of patients suffered with knee osteoarthritis
