摘　　要：目的研究氟他胺硝化工序在不同的温度条件下,产品质量及收率的影响。方法采取冷冻盐水的方法来减低氟他胺硝化反应的温度。结果氟他胺硝化物收率由55%提高到70%。结论采取冷冻盐水的方法来减低氟他胺硝化反应的温度可提高氟他胺的收率。Objective To study of flutamide nitrification process in different temperature conditions, the product quality and yield. Methods Adopt the method of frozen saline water was to be used to reduce the flutamide nitration reaction temperature. Results Flutamide nitro compounds in the reaction yield was increased from 55% to 70%. Conclusion Taking the frozen brine method to reduce the flntamide nitration reaction temperature can increase the yield of flutamide.
