摘　　要：目的探讨0.1%雷夫奴尔冷敷治疗新生儿尿布皮炎的临床疗效。方法选择本院新生儿科2011～2012年收治的80例尿布皮炎患儿的资料,随机分成观察组与对照组各40例,两组均行抗感染、营养支持治疗,观察组患儿患处加用0.1%雷夫奴尔冷湿敷,治疗3d后对两组患儿的临床疗效进行评价。结果观察组患儿临床总有效率高,与对照组患儿比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论雷夫奴尔治疗新生儿尿布皮炎,有消炎、促进皮肤愈合的作用,效果满意,值得在临床推广。Objective To evaluate the clinical efficacy of cold mnist compression with 0.1% ethaeridine lactate in the treatment of neonatal diaper dermatitis. Methods Eighty children with neonatal diaper dermatitis admitted to the pediatric department of our hospital from 2011 to 2012 were selected and randomly divided into the observation group and the control group, with 40 children in each group. Both groups received anti-infection and nutrition support therapy and meanwhile the observation group received additional cold moist compression with 0.1% ethacridine lactate. After 3 days of treatment, the clinical efficacy of the two groups was evaluated. Results The clinical total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group, with statistically significant difference （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Ethacridine lactate has anti-inflammation and skin healing promotion effects in the treatment of neonatal diaper dermatitis and generates satisfactory results, thereby worthy of clinical promotion.
