腹腔镜手术联合药物治疗精索静脉曲张源性男性不育症的临床研究

摘　　要：目的探讨腹腔镜手术与中成药五子衍宗丸治疗精索静脉曲张引起的男性不育症的效果。方法 2007年1月～2011年6月收治精索静脉曲张合并不育症患者48例,22例患者单纯采用腹腔镜精索静脉高位结扎手术,26例患者采用手术与中成药五子衍宗丸联合治疗,两组治疗前和治疗后6个月分别查精液常规,治疗前后检查结果进行比较。随访怀孕情况。结果手术后两组患者精子总数均增加,活动率有升高,正常形态精子率有明显改善,受孕率升高,而且联合治疗组对精液质量改善情况及受孕率明显高于单纯手术组。两组之间差异有统计学意义。结论腹腔镜手术后结合中成药五子衍宗丸能够明显改善精索静脉曲张引起的男性不育症,联合治理效果优于单纯手术治疗。Objective To investigate the effect of laparoscopic surgery and proprietary Chinese medicines Wuzi Yanzong wan for treatment of varicocele-induced male infertility. Methods Total 48 cases of infertility patients with varicocele were admitted fi＇om January 2007 to June 2011, 22 cases of patients were treated by laparoscopic surgery, and 26 cases were treated with combination therapy of surgery and proprietary Chinese medicines Wuzi Yanzong wan. The two groups were checked semen before treatment and 6 months after treatment respectively, and the results were compared. Pregnancy or not was followed up. Results Total sperm of both groups after surgery was increased, activity rates was increased, normal sperm morphology rate significantly was improved, the pregnancy rate was increased, and combined treatment group which improved semen quality and pregnancy rate was significantly higher than the surgery alone group. The difference between the two groups was statistically significant. Conclusion Laparoscopic surgery combined with proprietary Chinese medicines Wuzi Yanzong wan can significantly improve varicoeele-induced male infertility. Combination therapy is more effective than surgery alone.
