摘　　要：目的采用高效液相法测定四季三黄片中大黄素、大黄酚的含量。方法用高效液相色谱检测法,EliteC18色谱柱,流动相为甲醇∶水(87∶13,pH=4.5),流速为1.000mL/min,检测波长254nm,柱温:室温。结果大黄素和大黄酚分别在10.1～50.5μg/mL和9.97～99.7μg/mL范围内线性关系良好,平均回收率分别为100.8%和100.2%。结论该方法简便、灵敏、可靠、准确、重现性好。Objective To determine emodin and chrysophanol in three yellows tablets for Four season by HPLC. Methods HPLC was used in the quantitative analysis by using elite C18ehro- matography column and methanol- water（87 ： 13, pH=4.5） as a mobile phase.The flow rate of mobile phase was 1.000 mL.min-L Results The linear ranges for emodin and chrysophanol were 10.1-50.5μ g/mL and 9.97-99.7 μ g/mL,the average recoverries were 100.8% and 100.2% respectively. Conclusion This method is easy,sensitive,reliable,accurate and reproducible.
