摘　　要：目的通过对妇产科开展优质护理的效果进行分析,以提高护理水平。方法选取74例孕产妇,将其分为优质护理组和常规护理组,每组37例,给予两组孕产妇相应护理方法且对护理质量、健康教育和满意度结果进行统计、分析。结果优质护理组病房管理、护理操作、文书书写、危重病护理、康复护理各项评分均优于常规护理组(P<0.05);分娩及产后知识知晓率、覆盖率及孕产妇满意度优于常规护理组(P<0.05)。结论优质护理在临床中具有重要临床意义,值得推广应用。Objective To improve the nursing level through observing the effect and analyzing the experience of implementing high-quality nursing in the obstetric and gynecological department. Methods Seventy-four pregnant women were divided into the high-quality nursing group and the conventional nursing group,with 37 women in each group. Corresponding nursing methods were given to the two groups of pregnant women and the scores of nursing quality and the results of health education and satisfaction degree were observed and analyzed statistically. Results The high-quality nursing group was superior to the conventional nursing group in the scores of ward management,nursing operations,clerical writing,critical nursing and rehabilitation nursing（P 〈 0.05） and superior to the conventional group in the childbirth and postpartum knowledge awareness rate and coverage rate and the maternal satisfaction degree （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion High-quality nursing has important clinical significance in clinical practice,thereby worthy of wide application.
