摘　　要：针对2例冠心病患者支架置入术后发生支架内血栓的临床特点,分析冠状动脉腔内药物支架术后支架内血栓形成的影响因素及预防措施。患者高龄、冠脉病变程度及长短、术后低射血分数以及PCI术中支架扩张不充分、支架贴壁不良等因素均与支架内血栓事件有关。术前充分评估患者,术中合理决策,术后规范用药及随访可以减少或避免支架内血栓的发生。To analyze the influencing factors and preventative measures of stent thrombosis after the drug stent implantation within the coronary artery based on the clinical features of 2 patients with coronary heart disease who had stent thrombosis after the stent implantation.Advanced age,degree and length of coronary artery disease,postoperative low ejection fraction and intra-PC[ insufficient stent dilation and stent malapposition were all reahed to stent thrombosis events. Sufficient preoperative patient assessment, ration intraoperative decision-making and standardized postoperative medication and follow-up can reduce or avoid the occurrence of stent thrombosis.
