摘　　要：[目的 ]　查明湖区血吸虫病易感地带在汛期水淹条件下 5～ 10月尾蚴分布的特点。 [方法 ]　选择二个有代表性的不同类型易感地带洲滩 ,在水淹期 5～ 10月 ,用“C -6膜粘蚴法”及“常规网捞法” ,逐月观察距堤岸 10 0m× 12 0m水域尾蚴分布情况。 [结果 ]　在 5、6、9月查获了尾蚴 ,其中南县狗头洲观察区 (洪道洲滩 ) 5、6月获蚴阳性率分别为 11 11%、2 78%;君山区穆湖铺观察区 (湖泊洲滩 ) 6、9月获蚴阳性率分别为 3 70 %、1 85 %,获得尾蚴数量最多在 60m范围内 ,分别占 83 78%和 78 4 8%。 [结论 ]　涨水期 5、6月及退水期的 9月份是尾蚴逸放的高峰期 ,且距大堤Objective] To find out the characteristics of cerariae's distribution in different months (from May to October) during flood season at focal transmission sites of schistosomiasis in lake region.[Methods] Two different representive lake beaches with high transmission potential were selected, and under the condition of submergence by water, the cercariae's distribution was monthly observed by the cerariae stacked method with C-6 film and the routine scoop method from may to October, in 100×120 m water areas away from the embankment.[Result] Cerariae were found in May, June and September, and in May and June, the positive rates of the cerarias were 11.11% and 2.78% respectively in the study area of Nanxian County; In June and September, the positive rates of the cerariae were 3.70% and 1.85% respectively in Junshan observed area, and the number of the cerariae captured was the most within 60 m away from the embankment, making up 83.78% and 78.48% respectively.[Conclusion] May, June and September were a high period of releasing cerariae, and the number of cerariae was the most within the 60 m water areas away from the embankment.
