摘　　要：[目的 ]　了解碘缺乏病区全人群碘营养状况。 [方法 ]　测定孕妇、哺乳妇、婴幼儿、小学生、初中生、高中生、成人和老年人尿碘含量和家庭食用盐碘含量。 [结果 ]　各组人群尿碘含量中位数值 40 2 8ug/L ,<2 0ug/L者无。以成人组为对照 ,除小学生和初中生外各组人群均较低 (P <0 0 5 )。性别间尿碘水平除小学生和高中生外各组间女性低于男性 (P <0 0 5 )。碘盐合格率 95 80 %。 [结论Objective] To find out the iodine nutrition of total population in IDD areas [Methods] Urines iodine of the pregnants、the breast-feeding women, infants,the primary school pupils, the junior and senior middle school students,the adults and the olds and the salt iodine of family were monitored [Result] The urine iodine median of total population is 402 8ug/L,there are not urin unine iodine <20ug/L Contrast with the adults,apart from the primary school pupils and the junior middls schools students, other groups populations urine iodine are lower than the adults'(P<0 05);apart from the primary school pupils and the senior middle schools students, the famale's urines iodine are lower than the male's in other groups(P<0 05) the qualified rate of iodine salt is 95 8%.[Conclusion] The iodine nutrition of total population is better
