寿星宝对记忆能力临床及实验研究

摘　　要：目的 :观察寿星宝对气虚、阴亏、血瘀证患者的记忆能力的临床疗效及实验研究结果。方法 :治疗组口服寿星宝并以口服还精煎为对照组 ,观察两组疗效及服药前后的抗氧化、血流变、TCD图谱变化 ,并进行了实验研究。结果 :治疗组(235例)改善记忆广度、瞬时记忆(P<0.01) ,并优于对照组(P<0.01)。视记忆两组均有改善 (P<0.01)。寿星宝提高超氧化物歧化酶 (SOD)、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH -PX)、过氧化氢酶(CAT)活力 ,降低过氧化脂质 (Lpo)含量 ,改善全身血液流变性 ,增加脑供血量。结论 :寿星宝具有抗氧化作用 ,增加脑供血量 ,有利于促进机体记忆能力的增强和恢复作用。Objective:To observe the clinical therapeutic effectiveness and experimental research's results of SXB on memory ability of patients with deficiency of qi,deficiency of yin and blood stasis syndrome.Methods:SXB was taken orally in treatment group while Huan_Jing_Jian was taken orally in control group.The therapeutic effectiveness of two groups and change of indexes of antioxidizing power and transcranial doppler atlas before and after the treatment were investigated,in the meantime,the experimental research correlated with ability of memory was made.Results:In treatment group the range of memory and ability of twinkling memory were prominently improved.Its curative effect was better than that of control group.The visual memory of two groups was improved.SXB could raise the activity of superoxide dismutase(SOD),glutathione peroxidase and catalase,reduce the content of lipoperoxidation,improve the hemorrheology in all parts of the body ,and increase the content of cerebral blood flow . Conclusion:The effect above is benificial to increasing and recover of memory.
