摘　　要：根据浅眼控制爆破设计理论,采用中心锥形掏槽技术,结合爆破效果及岩体地质情况不断调整优化爆破参数,提高了炮眼利用率,在坚硬岩石(f=12～18)中每循环进尺不低于0.72 m,按期完成了施工任务。According to the design theory for shallow controlled blasting, the paper adopts the central pyramid cut technique, adjust the optimal blasting parameter by combining with the blasting effect and the geological conditions for the rocks, so it enhances the shothole utilization ratio, and the footage cycle of hard rocks （f= 12 ～ 18）is no lower than 0.72 m, and it accoplished the construction tasks on time.
