摘　　要：以乌干达机场高速公路项目勘察设计为例,对该类项目的设计阶段进行了划分,详细介绍了可行性研究、概念设计、初步设计、详细设计、施工图设计各阶段的工作重点与设计深度,以确保设计与施工质量。Taking the survey and design of highway project in Uganda airport as an example, the paper divided the design phase of these project, introduced in detail the work key points and design depth of feasibility study, concept design, preliminary design, detailed design, construction drawing design each stage, to ensure the design and construction quality.
