妇女更年期综合征的心理康复

摘　　要：目的 :观察心理康复治疗对妇女更年期综合征的疗效。方法 :将100例确诊为更年期综合征的妇女随机分成两组 ,研究组50例 ,给予谷维素、舒乐安定片等治疗 ,同时每周心理治疗2次 ,对照组50例仅给予药物治疗 ,疗程4周。采用SCL-90症状自评量表观察两组治疗前后临床症状的变化。结果 :两组SCL-90各因子及总均分均有下降。两组治疗后比较差异显著(P<0.01) ,研究组治疗后各临床症状较治疗前比较有明显差异(P<0.05) ,研究组治疗后各因子均分与正常成人比较无明显差异(P>0.05)。结论 :心理治疗能有效地缓解妇女更年期综合征的症状 ,提高更年期妇女健康水平。Objective:The curative effect of mental healing therapy was observed on women menopausal syndrome.Methods:100 patients of menopausal syndrome were divided randomly into two groups.50 patients of study group were therapied by Cryzanolam,Surazepam etc,and mental healing was given simultaneously twice one week.50 patients of comparison group were therapied only by drugs.The period of treatment was four weeks.The change of clinic symptoms before ang after therapy between groups were observed by SCL-90 symptom self-evaluation scales.Results:Several factors and total average points of two groups SCL-90 all droped.Our data show that there were significant differences between goups after therapy(P<0.01).The clinic symptoms of study groups were markdly different before and after therapy(P<0.05).Average points of seversl factors were not significant differences between study groups after therapy and normal adult group(P>0.05).Conclusion :The symptom of women menopausal syndrome was effectively delayed by mental healing therapy.Mental healing therapy improve women healthy level.
