摘　　要：农家书屋建设工程是始于2007年的国家工程,此工程的基础是建设,关键是管理,目的是运行。本文从农家书屋的功用和现实存在的问题入手,探讨地方高校图书馆与农家书屋联动的思路和方法,让农家书屋切实发挥作用,为社会主义新农村建设提供有力的精神支撑。The village library construction project can be traced back to the national engineering of 2007. This project takes the construction as the basic work, management as the key element and operation as the objective. Started with functions and some existing problems of the village library, the author has explored ideas and ways of interaction between local university libraries and village libraries, aiming at letting the village library play their role and provide the construction of the new socialist countryside with strong spiritual support.
