摘　　要：以上海某度假别墅区为例,探讨了如何将传统居住形态融入现代住区的方法,在规划设计时参考传统村落的外部空间作法,注重传统空间类型的塑造,道路交通的布局等。阐述了真正的现代中式住宅不仅仅需要在建筑立面上实现传统的中式风格,更要在住区规划上将传统的居住形态和现代生活相融合,才能在现代住区当中展现传统居住文化的精髓。This essay takes a villa in Shanghai for example, and discusses about how to merge traditional dwelling form into modern neighborhood, referring to outside space method of traditional village in the planning and design, paying attention to the shaping of the traditional type of space, the layout of the road traffic, etc. It indicates that, to unfold the essence of traditional residential culture, the real modern Chinese-styled residence requires not only integrating on the building elevation, but especially the integration of traditional dwelling form and modern life on residence planning.
