中部欠发达地区城市跨越发展之路探寻——以安徽省蒙城县为例

摘　　要：改革开放30多年来,中国区域经济发展不平衡现象依然严峻,在东部发达地区进入转型发展之际,中西部欠发达地区面临着新的机遇和挑战,如何在新的一轮发展契机下,实现自身跨越式发展是当前此类城市面临的共同难题。该文以安徽省蒙城县为例,基于现状的深入解读和发展环境分析,探寻了中部欠发达地区城市实现跨越发展的主要路径及实施策略,其中重点研究城市规划对跨越发展的支撑引领作用,并对具体规划实践进行了经验总结。After 30 years of reform and opening up, Chinese regional economic development imbalance remains grim. In the eastern developed areas into the transition development, the Midwest underdeveloped region is facing new opportunities and challenges. Under the new round of development opportunity, how to get leaping development is the common problem faced by the city. This article takes the Mengcheng county in Anhui province as an example, based on the analysis of in-depth interpretation of the current situation and environment development, searching the main path and implement strategy about the underdeveloped cities in central region, in which focuses on the study of city planning on the leading role of development supporting and sums up the experience of specific planning practice.
