摘　　要：从神华宁夏煤业集团煤质管理考核机制、现有煤炭产品结构、计价方式等方面入手,分析了现阶段影响企业实现提质增效的各种因素,从进一步优化煤质管理体制、建立符合煤质管理考核长效机制等方面提出具体建议,以强化煤质管理,实现企业的增产增收。From the examination mechanism of the coal quality control, available coal product structure, pricing method and others in Shenhua Ningxia Coal Group, the paper analyzed each factor at present affected to the quality upgrading and efficien-cy improvement realized in the enterprise. From the further optimized coaX quality control system, the establishment on the long-term effective mechanism with the coal quality control examination etc., the paper provided the proposals to enhance the coal quality control and realize the production and profit improved.
