摘　　要：针对乐凯胶卷全面停止彩色胶卷生产的这一现象,文章首先从乐凯胶卷的发展历史,产品生命周期、企业营销策略以及行业进入和退出等角度,分析了乐凯集团全面停产彩色胶卷的深层次原因。总结了乐凯集团为适应时代和市场的要求,积极进行转型和重组的方法与对策。The paper outlines the history of Lucky Group and analyzed the underlying reasons for its decision to stop manufacturing the color film from the perspective of life cycles of products, marketing strategies. Besides, the reflections on Lucky Group＇s transition and restructuring to meet the needs of new conditions and marketing are made.
