社会资本视角下的地方高校协同创新研究

摘　　要：开展协同创新是地方高校破解发展瓶颈的战略选择,社会资本理论为推动地方高校协同创新提供了一个崭新的视角。文章从社会资本的内涵和地方高校协同创新的特点出发,阐述了社会资本的三个基本维度在协同创新网络中的影响作用,指出了地方高校协同创新中社会资本的缺失,最后把体制机制建设作为推动地方高校协同创新的落脚点,论述了建立有效联结机制、信任机制、沟通机制、激励机制的实施路径。Performance of collaborative innovation is the strategic choice for the development of local colleges and universities to break throngh the bottleneck. Social capital theory has provided a new angle of view for the promotion of collaborative innovations of local colleges and universities. Based on the definition of social capital and connotation of collaborative innovations of local colleges and universities, this paper expatiates on the effect of the three basic dimensions of social capital on the collaborative innovation network, which al- so points out the absence of social capital in collaborative innovations of local colleges and universities. At last the paper expounds the methods to structure collaborative innovation mechanism of local colleges and universities by the establishment of linking mechanism, trust mechanism, communication mechanism, and incentive mechanism.
