摘　　要：法国"竞争极"计划启动6年来,造就了一批具有国际竞争力和领先地位的创新集群。该计划通过公共财政的引导和资助,以阶段-竞争性机制保持竞争活力和对创新资源的高配置效率,利用共同开发项目将产学研紧密结合,发挥其协同效应,奠定了法国"竞争极"集群在世界创新集群领域的成功模式。As French national innovation cluster plan started since 6 years ago, the competitiveness clusters have already created a group of leading innovation clusters in the world. Guided and supported by public finance, this plan maintains remarkable competitiveness and high efficiency of innovation resource allocation. Jointly developing projects combined with research centers, universities and enterprises, sets a successful model for French competitiveness clusters in the world.
