苯甲酸雌二醇对腹腔镜Vechitti阴道成形术后人工阴道的影响

摘　　要：目的观察苯甲酸雌二醇在腹腔镜下对改良Vechitti阴道成形术后人工阴道的影响。方法 2003年7月至2011年6月间在我院行腹腔镜下改良Ve-chitti阴道成形术的56例病人,随机分成2组(每组28例):一组应用苯甲酸雌二醇,作为实验组,另一组不用任何雌激素类药物,作为对照组,观察2组术后人工阴道情况、阴道脱落细胞成熟指数及性生活满意率。结果实验组在平均住院时间、拆线时阴道长度、术后3,6个月的阴道长度、阴道脱落细胞成熟指数、性生活满意率等方面,明显优于对照组。结论苯甲酸雌二醇应用于腹腔镜下改良Vechitti阴道成形术中可增加阴道长度,促进人工阴道上皮成熟,提高性生活满意率;且安全可靠。Objective To investigate the clinical effect of estradiol benzoate ointment in the improved laparoscopic Vechitti vaginoplasty.Methods From July 2003 to June 2011,56 patients with the congenital absence of the vagina were treated by the improved laparoscopic Vechitti vaginoplasty.They were divided into two groups： test group and control group.There were 28 patients in both groups.In the test group the patients used with estradiol benzoate ointment and in the other one without.The neovagina,the satisfaction to sexual intercourse and the vaginal exfoliate cell maturation index in both guoup were observed.Results The test group had the shorter hospitalization duration and longer artificial vagina.The vaginal exfoliate cell maturation index of test group was higher than that of control group.The patients in the test group were more satisfied to sexual intercourse than those in the other one.Conclusion Estradiol benzoate ointment could increase the length of the artificial vagina and speed up the epithelization of neovagina.It was safety to use estradiol benzoate cintment in the Vechitti vaginoplasty.
