摘　　要：抗栓药物广泛用于预防和治疗血栓栓塞事件。围术期继续使用抗栓药物可能加重术后出血,中断使用又可能诱发血栓形成,如何评估抗栓药物使用风险是外科医生和麻醉医生面临的巨大挑战。为此,本文回顾并总结了国内外有关指南和临床试验的资料。Antithrombotic agents were commonly used for thromboembolism prevention in clinical practice.Continued or withdrawn antithrombotic agents in the perioperative period might increase the risk of hemorrhage or expose patients to thromboembolism,appropriate assessment the risk of antithrombotic therapy is a great challenge for surgeons and anaesthetists.We reviewed some guidelines and clinical trials with the aim of helping clinicians to optimize management the risk of antithrombotic therapy.
