摘　　要：microRNAs(miRNAs)是一类真核生物内源性小分子单链RNA,通过与靶mRNA特异性结合来调节基因表达。miRNA除了在细胞内有作用,体液中稳定表达的miRNA在心血管疾病、肿瘤发生等过程中也起了重要作用,循环miRNA可作为潜在的生物标志物用于疾病的诊断。本文对血液中几个重要的循环miRNA亚型在心血管疾病发病机制中的作用进行了系统的综述。MicroRNAs（miRNAs） are a class of endogenous,and single-stranded RNAs,which are distributed in eukaryotes,regulating gene expression via interacting with target mRNA in the principle of base complementary paring.Recent studies have demonstrated that miRNAs are not only found intracellularly,but also detectable outside cells,including various body fluids.The stable miRNAs play important roles in a wide range of biological processes including cardiovascular diseases and cancers.Circulating miRNAs could be potential biomarkers for diagnosis of diseases.Here,we reviewed the roles of circulating miRNA in cardiovascular diseases for expanding the understanding of the underlying mechanisms.
