摘 要:采自南京市卫岗菜市场的果皮、菜叶,加入不同比例木屑后,接种赤子爱胜蚓(Eisenia foetida)进行室内堆制处理,在室内堆制60 d后,分析了接种蚯蚓对堆制产物主要生物学性状的影响。结果表明:蚯蚓堆制处理显著增加了堆制产物的呼吸强度、脱氢酶活性和微生物量碳、氮含量;提高了堆制产物真菌的数量,降低了堆制产物细菌和放线菌的数量。木屑的加入进一步提高了微生物的活性,增加了微生物的数量。其中,加入40%木屑处理接种蚯蚓后综合效果最佳,是提高和改善果皮、菜叶混合垃圾的生物学特性,并进而使其转化为作物生长基质的有效措施。Saw dust was added to mixed waste of pericarp and vegetable offal sampled from Weigang food market of Nanjing. Eiseniafoetida was used and inoculated in the mixture of pericarp, vegetable and saw dust under optimal moisture, proper temperature and inoculation density in laboratory. Effects of vermicomposting on biological properties of vermicomposts were studied. The results showed that Eisenia foetida significantly increased respiration intensity, dehydrogenase activity, microbial biomass C and microbial biomass N contents, increased the abundance of fungi, and decreased the amounts of bacteria and actinomyces of the vermicomposts. Furthermore, the addition of saw dusts had improved the number and activities of microorganisms, and the effect of 40% saw dust treatment was the best. That indicated that the addition of 40% saw dust and inoculation of earthworms were effective measures to improve the biological properties of vermicomposts.
