摘  要:通过田间试验,研究了不同硒肥用量对紫花苜蓿草产量、品质及养分吸收的影响。结果表明:适量施硒可提高紫花苜蓿产量、株高、叶茎比,促进紫花苜蓿生长,以施硒0.45 kg hm-2效果最好。同时施硒提高了紫花苜蓿粗蛋白、粗脂肪、粗灰分含量,降低了粗纤维含量,以施硒量0.45 kg hm-2效果最好,其粗蛋白、粗灰分、粗脂肪含量分别达到16.28%、6.29%和8.56%,比对照增幅分别为18.68%,45.60%和9.88%,粗纤维含量为34.92%,减幅为3.50%。施硒还促进了紫花苜蓿对N、P、K的吸收,以0.45 kg hm-(2S4处理)效果最明显。紫花苜蓿硒含量和吸收量随施硒量的增加而增加,施硒量与植株硒含量和吸收量的相关系数分别为0.977**和0.988**,达极显著正相关。A field experiment was conducted to study the effects of different amounts of selenium fertilizer on alfalfa growth, quality and nutrients absorption. The results showed that appropriate application rates of selenium fertilizer could increase the alfalfa yield, plant height and leaf/steam ratio, and promote alfalfa growth. And 0.45 kg hm-2 of selenium was the most effective and suitable application rate. Applying selenium could increase the content of crude protein, crude fat and crude ash in alfalfa, and decrease the alfalfa crude fiber content, and 0.45 kg hm-2 of selenium was the most effective application rate, where the contents of crude protein, crude fat and crude ash in alfalfa were separately 16.28% ,6.29% and 8.56%, while the content of crud fiber was 34.92%, decreasing by 3.50% compared to CK. Applying selenium could also increase N, P and K absorption amounts, and 0.45 kg hm-2 of selenium was the best. The content and absorption amount of selenium were increased with the increasing Se application rate. The correlation coefficients between applied selenium amount and alfalfa Se content and Se absorption amount were 0.977** and 0.988** to significant levels, respectively.
