摘 要:为研究造纸废水灌溉对黄河三角洲芦苇湿地土壤主要活性氮组分的影响,以低盐分和高盐分芦苇湿地为研究对象,设置废水不同灌溉次数的随机区组试验,分析微生物生物量氮(Microbial biomass nitrogen,MBN)、硝态氮(NO3--N)、铵态氮(NH4+-N)、溶解性有机氮(Dissolved organic nitrogen,DON)的变化。结果表明:与对照相比,废水灌溉并不能提高土壤MBN,但废水灌溉1~3次处理明显提高高盐分芦苇湿地土壤NO3--N,增幅为108.3%~136.2%,而对低盐分芦苇湿地的影响较小,废水灌溉4次处理可明显降低土壤MBN与NO3--N含量。废水灌溉1~4次处理明显提高低盐分芦苇湿地NH4+-N含量,增幅为88.7%~170.8%。高盐分芦苇湿地只是在废水灌溉1次处理时土壤NH4+-N含量明显高于对照,增幅为45.3%,废水灌溉2~4次处理与对照差异不显著。废水灌溉处理对DON的影响较小。说明合理的废水灌溉有利于提高土壤NO3--N和NH4+-N含量,而对MBN和DON的影响较小,但废水灌溉次数以不超过3次为宜。合理的废水灌溉对提高低盐分芦苇湿地土壤NH4+-N的效果较佳,对提高高盐分芦苇湿地NO3--N的效果较佳。To investigate the effects of irrigation with papermaking wastewater on soil active nitrogen in saline-alkaline reed wetlands in Yellow River Delta, soil microbial biomass nitrogen (MBN), NO3--N, NH4+-N and dissolved organic nitrogen (DON) contents were determined in low and high saline-alkaline reed wetlands with four types of wastewater irrigation frequency amendments. Wastewater irrigation did not increase MBN contents compared to the control. NO3--N concentrations were significantly increased by 108.3% - 136.2% with irrigation from once to threee times in high saline-alkaline reed wetland, but no significant difference was observed in low saline-alkaline reed wetland. The amendments of irrigation four times significantly decreased MBN and NO3--N concentrations. NH4+-N concentrations were significantly increased by 88.7% - 170.8% with irrigation from once to four times in low saline-alkaline reed wetland, and increased by 45.3% with irrigation once amendment in high saline-alkaline reed wetland, but no significant difference was found between irrigation twice to four times amendments. Irrigation with papermaking wastewater had little effect on soil DON concentrations. It was suggested that rational irrigation with papermaking wastewater increased soil NO3--N and NH4+-N concentrations, and had little effect on soil MBN and DON concentrations. The best choice of irrigation frequency was less than three times. Optinum irrigation with wastewater increased NH4+-N concentrations in low saline-alkaline reed wetland, and improved NO3--N concentrations in high saline-alkaline reed wetland.
