摘　　要：独立学院作为我国高等教育事业的重要组成部分,其毕业生就业状况备受社会各界关注,独立学院毕业生就业情况直接体现了独立学院的办学质量,本文以理工类专业学生为例,从学生职业生涯教育、实践教学改革、导师制的实施和校企合作等方面对独立学院毕业生就业模式改革进行了探讨。The situation of graduates from independent college, an important part of China＇s higher education cause, attracts much attention from the society, and their employment situation directly reflects the quality of independent college. Taking engineering students as an example, this paper discusses the reform of their employment mode from ＂several aspects.
