摘　　要：本文基于电子政府公众满意度评估模型,构建了政府网站信息公开公众满意度因果关系模型和可测量变量表;同时,以合肥市政府门户网站为实证研究对象,运用结构方程方法,对评估模型进行了模拟路径分析,并给出信息公开满意度指数计算公式。＂Public participation＂ service is one of the core service functions of the government portal web- site. For the needs of assessment analysis on public satisfaction of government information transparency and based on a public satisfaction assessment model of E-government, this paper constructs a public satis- faction causal model of government information openness on the websites, and builds it＇s observable vari- able table. At the same time, taking Hefei government portal website as the empirical study and using structural equation methods （SEM）, the path analysis in the assessment model is simulated, and a public satisfaction index of information openness is calculated.
