高校教师信息素养培养模式及策略研究

摘　　要：由于现代信息技术的深入发展和广泛应用,整个人类社会日益发展成为一个数字化、信息化的社会。在高等教育信息化的环境下,高校教师的信息素养水平和教学需求之间产生了矛盾。本文分析了当前高校教师信息素养的现状,构建了高校教师信息素养的培养模式,并提出了合理可行的培养策略。Due to the in-depth development and wide application of modem information technology, the entire human society is growing to become a digital, information-oriented society. In the high education in- formation technology environment, the contradiction between the level of information literacy of university teachers and teaching needs appears. This paper analyzes the present situation of College Teachers＇ infor- mation literacy, construction of University Teachers＇ information literacy training mode, and put forward the reasonable and feasible training strategies.
