摘　　要：根据1949年以来贵州水旱灾害情况及水利防灾减灾体系建设,从经济社会发展层面总结贵州加强水旱灾害风险管理的战略需求。结合全国水旱灾害情况和水利建设概况,对比总结贵州水旱灾害防灾减灾工作存在的薄弱环节,并提出今后水利防灾减灾的发展重点与方向,以期为贵州水利防灾减灾建设和水旱灾害风险管理研究提供一定的参考。Based on the drought-flood disasters, disaster prevention and mitigation based on water conservancy in Guizhou Province, the weaknesses in routine work are summarized according to the strategic demand for droughvflood disasters risk management of na tional economic and social development, and the general situation of drought-flood disasters and nation-wide water conservancy. Fi nally, the development key and direction of disaster prevention and mitigation based on water conservancy are elaborated on. All of the above analyses serves as a reference for research on drought-flood disasters and water conservancy in Guizhou Province.
