摘  要:通过理论分析和实验,研究了锂渣掺量对混凝土性能的影响。试验所选用的胶凝材料总量为500kg,以10%~45%的锂渣替代水泥,减水剂的掺量固定为1.5%,以锂渣零掺量为对照组,通过坍落度等对比锂渣掺量对混凝土和易性的影响;通过不同龄期抗压强度对比锂渣掺量对混凝土强度的影响;通过28d劈裂强度对比锂渣掺量对混凝土抗裂能力的影响。结果表明,锂渣能提高混凝土的强度,运用锂渣等量代替一部分水泥(42.5R普通硅酸盐水泥)配制出28d抗压强度为80MPa以上,90d抗压达100MPa以上的高性能混凝土,抗裂能力明显增强。研究的结论提升了锂渣的价值,为锂渣的应用提供有效途径,有助于制备高性能混凝土。Research is done on the influence of lithium slags alone on the concrete performance of by theoretical analysis and experimental method. Test selection by the total amount of cementation material for the 500 kg, with 10% ~45% lithium slag instead of cement, water reducer admixture is 1.5%, with lithium slag zero dosage as control group. Through the slump and others compara tive lithium slag content on workability of concrete. Through different ages of compressive strength lithium slag admixture contrasted on concrete strength of the impact Through the 28 day splitting strength lithium slag content is contrasted on concrete cracking re sistance effect. The result shows that replacing a part of cement lithium residue in with concrete can improve the strength of con crete, and can make high-performance concrete whose 28 days' compressive strength is more than 80 MPa and 90 day' compressive strength is more than 100 MPa. The capacity of crack resistance is obviously enhanced. The increase in the value of lithium residue is helpful to the preparation of high-strength and high performance concrete.
