心脑喜康对高血压病患者血压及相关神经肽的影响

摘　　要：为观察中药“心脑喜康”降压效果和相关神经肽的变化 ,5 0例原发性高血压患者随机分为心脑喜康治疗组 ( 3 0例 )和卡托普利对照组 ( 2 0例 )进行治疗。结果 :心脑喜康组降压总有效率为 86.7% ,可显著改善高血压患者血浆内皮素 (ET)和降钙素基因相关肽 (CGRP)的浓度 (P <0 .0 1和P <0 .0 0 1) ,与卡托普利组比较均无显著差异(P >0 .0 5 )。In order to observe the effect of “Heart and Brain Health Decoction” in reducing blood pressure and in change of the relative neuropeptide,50 cases of primary hypertension were divided randomly into the treatment group of “Heart and Brain Health Decoction”(30 cases) and the control group of Captopril Tablets(20 cases).The results showed that the total effective rate in reducing blood pressure in the group of “Heart and Brain Healthy Decoction” was 86.6%,with remarkable improvement in the concentration of serum endotheliolysin(ET) and calcitonin gene related peptide(CGRP) in the patients with hypertension,but without significant difference( P >0.05) in comparison of the Captopril Tablets group,indicating that “Heart and Brain Health Decoction” possesses ET like antagonistic effect.
