摘 要:针对邢东矿千米深井大断面软岩巷道围岩持续变形的控制难题,分析了-980m大巷变形失稳的主要原因,并结合现场地质生产条件,提出多维联合支护技术,即"锚网梁+U型钢支架+喷浆、壁后注浆"的综合治理方案。现场实践表明,采用该方案2个月后巷道变形趋于平稳,顶板最大下沉量88mm,两帮移近量207mm,底臌量92mm,有效解决了-980m大巷持续变形失稳的难题。Aiming at the control problem of surrounding rock continuous deformation in large-section roadway with soft rock in kilometer deep mine, the paper analyzed the main reasons of roadway deformation in 980m deep mine, and combining the actual geological production con- ditions, it proposed the multi-dimension combined support technology of "bolt-mesh beam and U shaped steel support and guniting b- backwall grouting". The field application showed that roadway deformation turned stable two months later with maximum roof subsidence of 82ram, roadway sides convergence of 207mm, floor heave of 92ram, which solved the problem of continuous deformation in roadway of deep 980m mine and offered technology support for surrounding rock control in similar roadways.
