摘  要:根据静态扩散双容积法,测得2种粒度煤样的氧气扩散系数,并应用Max-well-Gilliland公式对实验结果进行优化。由静态耗氧实验,求得2种粒度煤样的速率常数,对氧气等效扩散系数和速率常数进行拟合。结果表明,低温氧化过程可分为3个阶段:第一阶段是50℃左右,吸附和化学反应并存,扩散为主体影响因素;第二阶段是70~110℃,化学反应加速,温度对反应速率的影响较大;第三阶段是130~170℃,化学反应剧烈,氧气浓度成为影响反应速率的主要因素。Based on the static doublecontainer method, the oxygen diffusion coefficients of coal samples with two different granularities were measured, which the experimental results were corrected by the MaxwellGilliland formula. Static oxygenconsumption experiments have contac ted to get rate constants of two type's coal. The oxygen diffusion coefficient and rate constant was fitted. The results show that the process of low temperature oxidation can be divided into three stages. The first stage is at 50℃, the adsorption and chemical reactions coexist, therefore the efect of oxygen diffusion is the main factor the second stage is 70-110℃, the chemical reaction is accelerated of which temperature is a big influencel the third stage is :130-170℃, the chemical reaction is severe and the oxygen concentration is the main factors of the oxidation reaction.
