摘  要:为解决赵各庄3237工作面瓦斯与自燃火灾共存的难题,采用数值模拟的方法探究了12#煤层上覆岩层垮落三带分布特征,确定了抽放的最佳位置。以CO与O2浓度为主要指标,以遗煤温度为辅助指标,对采空区自燃三带进行了划分,得出灌浆的最佳位置在采空区距工作面19.7m处。最后,提出利用增稠粉煤灰二氧化碳泡沫材料进行采空区堵漏和防火抑爆,利用高位巷和高位钻孔进行瓦斯抽采,降低工作面瓦斯浓度。In order to solve the problem of gas and fire coexisting at 3237 working face of Zhaogezhuang Coal Mine, the numerical simulation was used to research "Threezone" distribu tion characteristics of overlying strata failure to determine the optimum gas drainage position. Taking the eoncentrations of CO and O2 as main index and the temperature of residual coal as auxiliary index, the coal combustion "Threezone" in goaf was divided and the optimum position for grouting was located in the distance of 19.7 m to the working face. Finally, CO2 foam thick ened by flyash was used for the leaking stoppage of goaf as well as fire prevention and explosion suppression, and the gas drainage through highlevel roadway and highlevel drilling was carried out to decrease the gas concentration at the working face.
