益肺抗瘤饮对Lewis肺癌荷瘤小鼠神经内分泌免疫的实验研究

摘　　要：探讨益肺抗瘤饮的抗癌作用机理。以C5 7BL/6近交系Lewis肺癌荷瘤小鼠为模型 ,观察神经内分泌免疫网络下行通道的相关指标。结果 :益肺抗瘤饮能抑制荷瘤小鼠的肿瘤生长 ,增加体重 ;提高NK、LAK、IL -2的水平 ;降低 β -内啡肽 ( β -EP)、雌二醇 (E2 )的水平。作用机理除与提高细胞免疫功能有关外 ,还与降低 β -EP。In order to investigate the mechanism of the anti-cancerous function of“Lung-Benefiting and Tumor-Resisting Drink”,C57BL/6 inbreeding coefficient mice with Lewis lung cancer were used as the model to observe the related indexes of the downward passage in the neuroendocrine immunological network.The results showed that“Lung-Benefiting and Tumor-Resisting Drink”could inhibit the growth in tumor,increase weight in mice,elevate NK,LAK,IL-2 levels and decrease β -endorphin( β -Ep)and estradiol(E 2)level.In addition to the enhancement of the cellular immunity,the mechanism is also related to reduction of β -EP and E 2 level.
