超薄型美皮康应用于气管切口换药的效果分析

摘  要:目的探讨气管切口换药的最佳方法。方法将84例气管切开患者随机分为对照组与实验组各42例,对照组换药法使用剪口的无菌纱布覆盖伤口。实验组用超薄型美皮康,剪开小口将套管围住。比较实施两组换药方法后患者气管切口局部情况及换药所需的周工作量。结果实验组患者的气管切口局部情况的异常率显著低于对照组(P<0.01);实验组换药方法所需的工作量显著小于对照组。结论实验组换药方法是一种简便、有效的方法,节省了换药时间,减轻了临床工作人员的工作量,提高了患者的满意度,临床实用性强。[ Objective ] To explore the best way to tracheal incision change of dressing. [ Methods ] The 84 cases of tracheotomy patients were randomly divided into control and experimental group, each of 42 cases, control group covered the wound with sterile gauze, experimental group surrounded by the casing with ultra-thin Mepilex Ag was cut a small hole. Tracheal incision local condition and workload with two dressing method were compared. [ Results ] The tracheal incision local condition abnormality rate of the experimental group was obviously lower than control group (P 〈0.01). The workload of the experimental group was obviously lesser than the control group. [ Con- clusion] Experimental group dressing is a simple, effective way to save time dressing, reducing the workload of clin- ical staff and improve patient satisfaction, clinical and practical.
