摘　　要：The paper presents the possibility of the combined use of antimycotic sertaconazole nitrate and probiotics Fermalac to optimize the treatment of vulvovaginal candidiasis during and outside of pregnancy.Application of Fermalac allows to control the effectiveness and duration of antimycotic therapy.Combine therapy provides elimination of the pathogen in 100% of non-pregnant and 40% of pregnant patients.The paper presents the possibility of the combined use of antimycotic sertaeonazole nitrate and probi-otics Fermalac to optimize the treatment of vulvovaginal candidiasis during and outside of pregnancy. Application of Fennalac allows to control the effectiveness and duration of antimycotic therapy. Combine therapy provides elimina-tion of the pathogen in 100% of non-pregnant and 40% of pregnant patients.
